EDD HENRY ANTHONY JR. (MOSS), was born January 19, 1954 to Tommy Dossie and Emma Louise Mitchell of Longview, Texas. He attended Longview Public Schools and was a 1972 graduate of Longview High School. After high school he continued his education at Prairie View A&M University. In 1975, Edd met and married Pamela L. Willis and to this union two children were born.

He started his career at Union Pacific Railroad in Houston, TX; in 1981, Edd moved back to Longview. He was employed by Lone Star Steel of Lone Star, TX. Edd moved to Alta Loma, CA in 1991 and continued life working with Elders at Elderly Outreach Community until he was called home to be with the Lord.

Preceding him in death, his father Tommy Dossie Moss Sr., sister Doris Helen Moss and brother Tommy Dossie Moss Jr. all of Longview, TX.
