Italian Composer. He was nominated for two Oscar Awards for his films: "Le 4 Giornate di Napoli" and "Divorzio alla italiana." He worked in the soundtrack of more than 400 films. Among others "L'Armata Brancaleone," "Un Maledetto Imbroglio," "Cammino della Speranza" and "Avanti." He was the father of actress Alida Chelli.
