Final services for Matthew L. Aaron will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 4 o'clock from Liberty Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Highland Burial Park. Mr. Aaron, 72, of Callands died yesterday at 7 pm in Memorial Hospital. He had been in declining health since last November and a patient in the hospital for a week and a half. Born Nov. 30, 1889 in Pittsylvania County he was a son of Beauregard Aaron and Henrietta Wells Aaron. His wife, the former Grace Woodall, died in April 1961. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and is survived by the following sons and daughters: Mrs. George W. Wright and William B. Aaron of Danville, Mrs. Stafford Eanes and Mrs. Wesley Gregory of Axton, Matthew L. Aaron Jr. of Callands, Sgt. Kenneth W. Aaron of Fort Campbell, Ky., Mrs. Ben M. Plybon, Mrs. Owen Sizemore, and Mrs. Wright Kendrick of Martinsville, and V. Lindy Aaron of Chatham. The following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Mary Reynolds of Newport News, Mrs. Tabbie Coward and Joe H. Aaron of Callands, and Mrs. Hairfield.
