DIXIE L. HAWKINS - Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at the Allen Funeral Home in Sterling for Mrs. Dixie L. Hawkins, 234 Windsor Road, Sterling, who died Saturday afternoon. The Rev. LeRoy Hershiser, pastor of the First Christian Church of Sterling, officiated with burial in Oak Knoll Cemetery. Mrs. Roscoe Eades played the organ for the services and Kerry, Dale Kelly and Tracey Cole sang, "He Is a Friend of Mine." Pallbearers were John Cole, William Grim, Larry Merrill, Emmitt Morgan, John Pepper and Fred Pope. Flowers were cared for by Roberts Florist.
