Schuler, Agnes nee Schram (Aug. 4, 1880-May 22, 1963 –wife of Gottfried Schuler [married Sept. 27, 1898 at St. Fidelis Catholic Church in Spring Valley, Town of Meeme] –daughter of Peter Schram and Euphrosina Adelman [Peter and Euphrosina were married Feb. 4, 1875 at St. Gregory –Peter was born Dec. 24, 1843 in Switzbingen, Germany of Frederick Schram and Katharina Peter –he immigrated to US in 1861 –died in the Town of Meeme on Nov. 10, 1907 –Euphrosina Adelman was born Oct. 7, 1847 of Sebastian Adelman and Theresa Carl and died Aug. 31, 1912 in Town of Eaton –both are buried at St. Fidelis Catholic Cemetery in Spring Valley, Town of Meeme] –Agnes was the twin sister of Mary Schram Schuler –born Town of Meeme –died from “coronary occlusion –myocardial infarction –hypertension –probable carcinoma of ovaries, bilateral”) –buried at St. Gregory Catholic Cemetery in St. Nazianz, Town of Eaton [buried in Section 4, Row 4, Lot 8] [marriage record Manitowoc 7-11] [death record Manitowoc 58-219]

Mrs. Agnes Schuler, 82, of St. Nazianz died Wednesday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Christianson Funeral Home, St. Nazianz, and at 10:15 a.m. at St. Gregory Catholic Church, St. Nazianz, with the Rev. Denis Cooney officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. She was born Aug. 4, 1880, in the Town of Meeme, daughter of the late Peter and Eiphersina Adelman Schram. She was educated in schools at Spring Valley. She was married to Gottfried Schuler Sept. 27, 1898, at Spring Valley. The couple farmed in the township before moving to St. Nazianz. The couple observed its golden wedding anniversary Sept. 27, 1948. Her husband died March 1, 1953. She was a member of the Christian Mothers Society and a member of the Third Order of St. Francis of St. Gregory Church.
Among survivors are three sons, Herbert of rural Kiel, Edmund and Arnold of Rt. 1, Valders: five daughters, Mrs. Theodore (Clara) Kautzer of St. Nazianz, Mrs. Alfred (Leona) Bunmeier of Newton, Mrs. Joseph (Florentine) Bachus of Manitowoc and Mrs. Steve (Marcella) Zych of rural Manitowoc; a brother, Nick of Kiel and a twin sister, Mrs. Mary Schuler, of St. Nazianz; 27 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
