A Celebration of Life Service for Rosie Vangeline Adams was conducted Tuesday May 23, 2000 at Quinn Chapel I.M.E. Church in Cuero, DeWitt County, Texas with Rev. Lester Adams officiating. Rosie Vangeline Beasley Adams was the 11th of 12 children born to Rosie Johnson Beasley & Andy Beasley in Cuero. She married Leroy Price. To this union one daughter was born, Minnie Jennie Virginia Price. After 5 years the marriage failed. She later married Leslie B. Adams, they moved to Corpus Christi in 1941 where she had resided for the past 55 years. Rosie lived a wonderful 81 years until her sudden illness April 18, 2000, which took her home to the Prairie of Angels May 18, 2000.
