Online cemetery records show the grave of a Gena with middle initial O and no surname, 1858-1895. This stone, however, is located within the Aamodt family plot and actually bears the middle initial C., so it is logical to assume that it belongs to Gina Cecilie Aamodt, daughter of Christopher and Ingeborg Aamodt. She was born a twin to sister Magrethe Julie, 22 March 1858 and was baptized 05 Apr 1858 at Rock River, Waukesha, WI. I have not found a death record for her but a family story relates that she took her own life when her parents would not allow her to marry outside her faith. It will probably never be possible to verify the story, but the fact that it passed through several different family lines of descent gives it some credence.
