"Mrs Laura Bunting, 32, of Spartansburg, RD 3, died Wednesday afternoon at Hamot Hospital in Erie. She had been a patient there since July 23. She suffered a stroke on July 21 and had been ill since then. Mrs Bunting was born on Aug 15, 1928, in Union City. She graduated from Corry Area High School in the class of 1946. She married Louis Bunting on November 28, 1958. She was a member of the Excelsior church at East Branch. Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Sandra and Sharon, at home; her parents, Mr and Mrs Chester McCray of Elgin; and a sister, Mrs Lucian Lindholm of Corry, RD 3. Friends may call at the Bracken Funeral Home in Corry...and attend the funeral service there at 3 pm Saturday with Rev Jerry McCauley officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Spartansburg."
