Married Sherman Crane January 1, 1889 Minor County South Dakota.
(Allie Beckner, Sarah Virginia Beckner, James Patterson Beckner siblings all married Crane siblings Allie married Sherman; Edmond married Sarah Virginia "Jennie"; James Patterson Beckner married Alice Florella Crane.)

Allie died at the age of 46 in the flue epidemic. She took care of all the sick family until she was so exhausted and then she and her infant son both died. (as told by her siblings)
After her death a double niece Mary Crane came and kept house. The girls in the family were all younger.

Mrs S.W. Crane died this morning, she has been very sick for over a week. There are twelve or thirteen of the children sick, but they all seem to be somewhat on the mend excepting one little boy who is still dangerously sick.
