Christie was born October 1, 1974 to Jim and Debbie Schaeppi and left us October 10, 2012. She loved gardening, baking, and fun outings with her children. She is survived by her children James Isaac and Sabrina Diane; her sister Bekki; numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandmothers Nana and Rhea. Graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, October 17th at Desert Lawn Cemetery, 11251 Desert Lawn Drive, Calimesa. Published in Press-Enterprise from October 14 to October 15, 2012.

I had the pleasure of meeting Christine while I was caring for her as her nurses aide at the hospital where she passed. She was a kind and gentle spirit and we would talk about life, her children whom she adored, and her love for baking. She had the most beautiful smile that would light up the room. She will be greatly missed. God has added another Angel to his home. Condolences to the family and may the lord keep you strong in this time of sorrow.
