Bill was preceded in death by his father Robert W. Onstott, Sr.
Surviving are his mother Doris J. Onstott, brother Robert (Barbara) W. Onstott, Jr., sister Maureen (Chuck) Lipe, nephews David (Terra) Lipe, Nathan Lipe, Chris Monroe; nieces Melissa Lipe, Meara (Rhett) Shockey, and Shelly Onstott; great nieces and nephews; aunts, uncles, cousins and his good friends Wes Greer and Denny McCoskey.
Memorial donations are suggested to Disabled American Veterans.
Visitation: Friends may call from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m., Sunday, October 14, 2012 and from 11:00 a.m. - Noon, Monday, October 15, 2012 at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, 102 W. Washington St, O'Fallon.
Funeral: Procession will depart the funeral home at 12:15 p.m., Monday, October 15, 2012, for a 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Mo.
