Harriet M. (Cummings) Green, age 84 of Beavercreek, formerly of Englewood, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2012. She was born in Montezuma, IA to the late William and Mabel (Sharer) Cummings. Harriet had worked as a cashier for 12 years at Wayne Township Schools and was a member of the Huber Heights Senior Center.
She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law; Linda O'Neil of Miamisburg, Cynthia (James) Bartley of KY, 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her husband; Hubert Green and brother; Robert Cummings.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood) with Rev. Robert Thornton officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, from 5:00 p.m. until time of services. Interment will be held privately at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens in Brookville.
