Born in Clearfield County, PA, she was the daughter of the late John W. and Mary E. (Lydic) McCullough.
Surviving are her husband, Robert Earl Guard; one sister, Mrs. Claudine M. Friend, Friendsville; and two brothers, Ford C. McCullough, and Raymond O. McCullough, both of Friendsville.
The funeral service was conducted by the Rev. H. B. Rittenhouse and interment was in the Steele Cemetery.
