SEAGOVILLE, Texas, May 1. — Funeral services will be held at the Baptist Church here at 3 p.m. Tuesday for R. C. Hawthorne, retired farmer and lifelong resident of Dallas County. He died at his home Sunday.

The Rev. Marshall Craig will officiate. The body will be at the church for an hour before the service.

Survivors are three sons, Reagan Hawthorne, Raymond Hawthorne and Harry Edwin Hawthorne; a daughter, Mrs. Florence Stewart, and three grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Ben Fly, Henry Harris, Eugene Hawthorne, Byron Hawthorne, Bernard Hillian and Wilbur Ard.
