Liebenthal -- Mary B. Herrman, 85, died Aug. 29, 1989, at St. Anthony Hospital, Hays.

Born Mary B. Depperschmidt Dec. 8, 1903, at Liebenthal, she married Bernard Herrman Oct. 24, 1923, at Liebenthal. He died June 17, 1973.

She was a homemaker and a lifetime resident of Liebenthal. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Altar Society, both of Liebenthal.

Survivors: sons, Wilbert A., Liebenthal, Richard B., La Crosse; daughters, Elvera Mock, Hays, Firmina Herrman, of the home, Alfrieda Dinges, Schoenchen, Mary Ann Randa, Liebenthal; 19 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.

Parish rosary will be 7:30 p.m. today, and the Altar Society rosary will be 8 p.m. today, both at Janousek Funeral Home, La Crosse. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Eugene Kenny. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
