Sarah was the 1st wife of Daniel Crawford 1854-1934. Sarah died at Morrison Twp., District of Muskoka, Ontario on May 5, 1898 after giving birth to a baby girl on May 1, 1898. The baby did not survive. She also had another daughter, Annie born July 11,1885 & died April 14,1886. She had 5 other children that survived to become adults; Alex, John, Thomas, Duncan & Mary (Mrs. James Adam). Sarah's husband, Daniel Crawford, re-married to Jewel Crawford & they had a large family together. Daniel is buried at Crawford Cemetery, Dalhousie Twp., Lanark County, Ontario.
