Funeral rites were held at the Neller Funeral home Sunday afternoon for Mrs. J. J. (Pert) Lumbert, 79, who died suddenly Friday morning.
Although in poor health, she had been attending to her regular duties.
Burial was made in Portland cemetery.
Mrs. Lumbert is survived by the husband and a half-sister, Mrs. Hilda Smith of Newberg, New York.
Additional information. Her father was James Rumsey, her mother. She was first married to Mahlin Hotchkiss on March 13, 1878; their daughter was Nellie Estella. In 1925 her husband died her second marriage was to John J. Lumbert.
