Terrell "Terry" Ray Powell, 43, of Richmond, died Friday, December 5, 2003, at his residence. He is survived by his father and mother, Jerry and Pauline Powell of Chesterfield; a brother, Mark W. Powell, also of Chesterfield; a sister, Kathy Cook of Lynchburg; and a devoted friends, Randy Rosinsky of Richmond. A funeral service will be held 1:30 p.m. on Monday, December 8, 2003, in the chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Home, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights. Burial will be private.
