SAMUEL TRUITT, Vermillion County, IN
1. I revoke all former wills made by me.
2. I give and bequeath to my children - ELIZABETH DECKER, PRISILLA TATMAN, JESSE TRUITT, JOHN C. TRUITT, SARAH WRIGHT, MAHALA UTTER, JOSEPHINE WHITEMAN, ELI TRUITT, and GEORGE TRUITT - or their legal heirs, share and share alike and not jointly, of all my estate both real and personal, except what may be necessary to pay my debts and funeral expenses.
3. Pay all my debts and funeral expenses, including tombstones suitable after my death. My executor may sell any real estate or personal property as he sees fit to take care of this purpose.
4. I nominate my sons JOHN C. TRUITT and GEORGE TRUITT, executors.
