Jane then married Alfred Lewis on 16 Oct 1858 in Green County (record can be found on wisconsinhistory.org). Alfred died in Feb 1863 during the civil war. I’m unaware of any children.
Jane’s obituary (a member posted newspaper clipping on Ancestry.com) stated that she married James Richards in 1864 and had 3 sons and 4 daughters. So, taking those still living at the time of her death whom were mentioned in her obit plus her marriage year and censuses into consideration, their children together are:
