CAROLYN GRACE VAN HORN, 72, of Tampa died Monday at University Community Hospital. A native of Bemidji, Minn., she moved to the area in 1983. She was a nurse and Lutheran. She is survived by her husband, Allen; a son, Peter of Lakeland; a daughter, Sharon Ward of Orlando; two brothers, Delano Swenson of Minneapolis and Al Swenson of Fort Worth, Texas; two sisters, Kathie McDeid of Little Falls, Minn., and Anna Kray of Royalton, Minn.; and two grandchildren.
