Mr. James Ralph McCullough, age 76, a resident of College Grove Subdivision, Rockwood, TN passed away Thursday, September 13, 2007 in the Methodist Medical Center, Oak Ridge, TN. He was born March 20, 1931 in Rockwood, TN. Mr. McCullough was a retired forklift operator and rolling mill operator with Knox Iron & Steel which became Florida Steel. Following his retirement, he was employed part-time with Sexton Automotive Group in Harriman. He was a member of South Harriman Baptist Church; Rockwood Lodge # 403 F. & A.M.; and was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. Mr. McCullough was preceded in death by his parents, Charles & Anna Mae McCullough; brothers, Robert "Bob" McCullough, H.B. McCullough, and an infant brother.

Wife of 56 years: Lois "Geneva" McCullough of Rockwood, TN

Son: Steve McCullough of Harriman, TN

Grandchildren: Heather Lynn McCullough of Knoxville, TN

Masonic services will be conducted Sunday, September 16, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Evans Mortuary by Rockwood Lodge # 403 F. & A.M. Funeral services will follow in the Evans Chapel with Rev. Edsel West and Rev. Randy Maxwell officiating. Graveside services and interment will follow in the Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood with military honors by the Roane County Military Memorial Honor Guard. The family will receive friends Sunday, September 16, 2007 from 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Evans Mortuary.
