Weston was the son of Winston Keaton and Mildred Keaton. He was educated in the Dooly County School System and was a Class of 1998 Honor graduate of Dooly County High School in Vienna, Georgia. He joined the school band in the 6th grade and became a proficient trumpet and flute player. He attended Albany State University in Albany, Georgia where he was a member of the ASU Marching Rams Band. He later attended Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. Weston's first job was with Stephen's Super Foods, now known as Piggly Wiggly. He relocated to Atlanta and was employed with Kroger's Supermarket. He later worked for Verizon Wireless Call Center in Alpharetta, Georgia as a Customer Service Representative until his health prevented.
He was preceded in death by 1 brother, Jamal Keaton, his paternal grandfather, Roscoe Keaton, paternal grandmother, Mildred Keaton, maternal grandfather, Marshall Lawrence and maternal grandmother, Carrie Lawrence, 1 aunt, Willie Ruth Lawrence and 1 uncle, Marshall Lawrence Jr.
