NEW ORLEANS, La. — Holden Zachary Poole-Quackenbush, 2 months old, died at his home in New Orleans on Wednesday, Dec. 3, 1997, of sudden infant death syndrome. He was born in New Orleans on Oct. 8, 1997.
He remains in the hearts of his mother, Shanti L. Poole; his father, Curtis J. Quackenbush; his paternal grandmother and grandfather, Connie and Norman Quackenbush of Oneonta; his maternal grandmother, Alice Rolfs of New Orleans; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A graveside funeral was held on Monday, Dec. 8 at 3 p.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens, 2260 West 21st Ave. in Covington, La.
E.J. Field Funeral Home in Covington was in charge of the arrangements.
