Married Olive Harrington, daughter of Alden Harrington and Eliza Cameron.
Dudley and Olive were the parents of Iva Bryan Knickerbocker, Abner Bryan, Eliza Bryan Blanchard, and Fannie Bryan Kelley. (Reuben, Elizabeth, Alden, Fannie, and Iva are all buried in the Cincinnatus cemetary. Eliza is buried in the Taylor cemetary.)
