Born in Kenyon, Minnesota, he moved to Eau Claire in 1918. He married Lillian Moore in 1923 and moved to Cornell where he was employed by the Regis Paper Mill. In 1941 he moved to Eau Claire where he worked as a painter. He and his wife moved to Menomonee Falls about 1960.
Survivors in addition to Glen, are a son Carl, Burlington; two daughters, Eileen (Henry) Sorenson, Columbus, Indiana; Vivian (LaVerne) Bauer, Eau Claire; seven brothers, Henry, Jim Falls, Helmer, Gilman, Louis, Martin, Obert and Joe, Cornell, and Harold, Eau Claire; one sister, Selma (Ivan) Johnson, Eau Claire; 20 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
