The large circle of friends of James S. Stoll were shocked Monday morning when a telegram reached his family that he had died at "The Pines," a sanitarium at Oxford, Ohio. Death came suddenly and unexpectedly as the result of a slight stroke of paralysis Friday, followed by a heavier one Saturday night.
