MARION - Lynda Kae Harper, 61, of Marion, died at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus at 5:41 a.m. Saturday, March 20, 2004. A daughter of Raymond and Janet (Lattimore) Harper, she was born in Marion on Nov. 19, 1942. Her father survives in Marion. Also surviving are a son, Erik Thien, Marion; a daughter, Frida Thien, Cardington; four grandchildren; two brothers, Mike Harper, Marion; and Steve Harper, Columbus; and her hearing dog, Fluffy. She was preceded in death by her mother. Ms. Harper worked in the art department at J. Maish and taught classes at the Marion Senior Center. She also was involved with the Creators Guild. The funeral will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Gunder/Hall and Folk Funeral Directors, 347 W. Center St., Marion. Burial will be in Marion Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
