Maurice M Harrison passed away on October 5, 2012. He was 92 years old and had been married 57 years to Adlene Harrison. Maurice leaves behind many good friends and family who will always remember his keen sense of humor and beautiful smile. He attended the University of Minnesota until enlisting in the Air Force during WWII, where he became a navigator. Maurice was born on September 18, 1920 in Detroit. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlotte and Maurice Harrison, and his sister, Janis Stein. Maurice lived a wonderful life and is survived by his wife Adlene, and his children Scott and wife Sun, Amy and partner Martha, Jane and husband Ariel, as well as his nieces and nephews, Charlotte Sigman, Rober, Louis & David Stein, Carolyn Stone, Steven Feinberg, Nancy Nathanson, Paul Nathanson, sister-in-law Maxine Nathanson. The family thanks the devoted and tireless friends and neighbors, and the loving staff of the Legacy at Preston Hollow. Maurice adored his family and his profession. He was given many awards in the commercial building field and made many friends in his tireless effort of service to his field. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, October 7 at Temple Emanu-El. A private family burial will be at the Temple Emanu-El Cemetery.
