Dora Ann Walker, 60, of Orrville, died Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012, at Aultman Care Center in Canton.
Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home, Sherwood Chapel, Wooster, with Pastor Steve Carter officiating. Entombment will be in Sherwood Memorial Gardens.

Dora was born April 24, 1952, in Charleston, W.Va., to Enis and Mary Lorene (Meeks) Jarrell, and married Vernon Walker I on March 2, 1968 in Clifton Forge, Va. Vernon and Dora enjoyed 44 1/2 years of marriage together.
Dora was a nurse's aide at Brenn-Field Nursing Home for 16 years, and enjoyed listening to music and making people laugh. She loved spending time and looking at pictures of her grandchildren.
Dora will be deeply missed by her husband; children, Julia Walker Shadley and Vernon Walker II, both of Orrville; grandchildren, Jessica, Cameron, Ariel and Quinton Walker, Connor Shadley; great-grandchildren, Trey and Trevor Walker; his mother, Mary Lorene; brothers, James Jarrell of Beckley, W.Va., and Donnie Jarrell of Indiana; and sisters, Clara Jackson of Montgomery, W.Va., Mary Manley of Oak Hill, W.Va., Barbara Tolley of Clifton Forge, Va., Kay Fowler of Pratt, W.Va., and Tammy White of South Carolina.
Dora was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Evelyn.
