MARJORIE CRANDALL
OAKFIELD - Marjorie Crandall, 93, died at a Portland hospital Saturday, Feb. 3, 1979, following a short illness. She was born in Oakfield Sept. 20, 1885, the daughter of Lewis and Nellie Davidson Sprague. She was the widow of Harvey Crandall. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. William (Nellie) Dunbar of South Portland, Mrs. Arthur (Glenice) Bowen of Oakfield; one grandson, James Bowen of Millinocket; one granddaughter, Mrs. Marjorie Robert of Fort Meyers, Fla.,; two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Baptist Church in Oakfield with the Rev. Vaughn Overman officiating. Friends may call at the Bowers Funeral Home in Island Falls on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. Burial will be in Oakfield Cemetery.
