Edwin A Wall was born in Choctaw Nation, Mississippi in April 1839 to Jesse Wall and Delilah Davenport Wall.

He was married about 1860 to Melvina Wade or Anderson. Together they had three children, Lucinda Ann, Samuel, and Louisa. Melvina died between 1875-1877.

In 1878 Edwin married Agnes Anderson. Edwin and Agnes had ten children; Tandy Walker, Thomas Henry, Sinie, Columbus E, Delilah, Margaret, Emeline J., Peter James, Laura Susan, and Victor Roy Wall.

Edwin was one of the original enrollees of the Dawes rolls. Choctaw #5499. He passed away on April 19, 1921 at home in Albion, Oklahoma at the age of 82.

Edwin is buried with Agnes at the Wall Family Cemetery, outside of Albion, Oklahoma.
