Mrs. H. L. Wright
Mrs. Lura Etta Wright, 72, widow of Herman L. Wright, Litchfield, died at the CMG Hospital early Tuesday night after a short illness. She was born at Oakfield, Feb. 7, 1881, the daughter of Charles and Etta Young Tarr.
Surviving are three sons, Herman Lee of Ridlonville, Charles A. of Winthrop and Henry J. of Monmouth; two daughters, Mrs. Harold Small of Bowdoin and Mrs. Raymond McDonald of Lewiston: three brothers, Andrew of Sebago, Thomas of Perham and John of Dyer Brook; a sister, Sarah Wright of Houlton; a half sister, Jennie Hardy of Sebago; 26 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Died
In Lewiston, Feb. 17, 1953, Lura E Wright, aged 72. Funeral services will be attended at the Congregational Church, Litchfield Corner, Thursday, Feb. 19 at 2 pm. Interment Plains Cemetery, Litchfield. Friends may call at the Teague & Stevens Funeral Home Wednesday 2 to 10 pm.
