Morris Peller, 59, of Apartment 21E, Sheridan Village, died yesterday in Altman Hospital at Canton, Ohio, after a brief illness. Born in Brooklyn, Mr. Peller was an engineer with General Electric Co. until retirement two years ago. An Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of the American Legion, the Beth Israel Synagogue and Jewish War Veterans Post 106.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Peller; a son, Philip Peller of Cromwell, Conn.: a daughter, Mrs. Sheldon Zaklow of Staten Island; two sisters, Mrs. Ellis (Esther) Finklestein and Mrs. Jack (Yetta) Heard, both of Albany; two brothers, Dr. Charles H. Peller of Canton and Joseph L. Peller of Buffalo, and two grandchildren. Services will be held at 1 p.m. today in Beth Israel Cemetery Chapel on Abbottsford Road. Burial will be in the family plot.
