Genevieve Knoll was born in Flasher, North Dakota August 3rd 1924 to Julius and Clementine Bullinger and died in Tacoma, Washington on August 29th 2009 at the age of 85. She was preceded in death by her husband, Al. She is survived by six children, 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and two sisters. She was proud of her North Dakota German heritage and told many stories about working on the farm with her 11 sisters and 2 brothers. Genevieve retired from Nordstrom and was a member of Visitation Church for over 50 years. Her family, friends, and her faith were the cornerstone of her life, and without hesitation or reservation she equally loved every member of her family. She took pride in doing for others, keeping a clean home and having a nice yard. She was known for a good sense of humor, dancing the polka, and her German potato salad.
