She was survived by: her husband, Donald E. Perkins, her children: Jeremy M. Perkins and Danielle E. (Jeffrey) Carlson, sisters: Tari Carson and Judy Horowitz, and mother: Jean Present. She was predeceased by her father Edgar Present.
Arrangements were made by the Roberts & Dengler Funeral Home in East Amherst, New York. Funeral service was held March 19, 2003 at the Roberts & Dengler Funeral Home.
