"Roy Dutton, 46, Prisoner, Succumbs to a Heart Attack"
"Roy Dutton, 46, prisoner in the city jail, died suddenly apparently from heart disease, Tuesday morning. He recently had been under the care of a private physician for several days, but was able to walk about the bull pen at 6 o'clock. An hour afterward, he was dead.
He was arrested on a drunk charge the night of March 14 and was serving a sentence of 15 days. His time would have been up Sunday.
He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willam H. Dutton; two brothers, O.B. and Zell Dutton; and two sisters, Mrs. M.T. Watson and Mrs. C.A. Beach.
Funeral services will be at Shellabarger's chapel Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
