Based on the bio, Robert Stark Means' father is memorial #65291203. Likewise than would make him better know as R. Stark Means, Lt Col, CSA. Wounded at Boonsboro and Captured as a Major, he was paroled and returned to the army. Promoted to Lt Col, but was retired to the Invalid Corps in August 1864 . He served as a recruiting officer and possibly in other capacities before the end of the war.
