Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at McMahans Funeral Home, with the Rev. Kenneth Adams officiating.
Vicki was born to G.H. and Betty (Bridges) Cotner on Oct. 28, 1956, in Norman.
Vicki was a lifetime resident of the Cleveland County area. She attended school in Noble and graduated in 1974. Vicki was self-employed as a housekeeper. She enjoyed spending time with her family, going shopping and attending OU ballgames.
Vicki was preceded in death by her sister, Sharon Cotner.
She is survived by her parents, G.H. and Betty Cotner of Noble; two sons, Terry Ray Bennett and wife Sheila of North Dakota and Jeffrey Logan Bennett of South Dakota; two brothers, Rick Cotner of Noble and Larry Cotner of Clinton; one grandchild, Peyton Bennett of Norman; special friends Jody Davis, Sherry Warren and Tanya Watson; and many other relatives and friends.
Burial will be in Noble IOOF Cemetery.
Arrangements are by McMahans Funeral Home in Noble.
