Edward McKendry Curtis, a veteran of the Civil war, and a life-long resident of Saratoga County, died Saturday night at his residence, 40 Maple avenue, aged sixty-six years. He was born in Schuylerville.
Besides his wife, the survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Milton Blackwood, of Rutland, Vt.; a step sister, Mrs. A.C. McGregor, of this city; two half sisters, Mrs. Emily Shaw, and Mrs. Alice Funston, of Schuylerville, and a half brother, William Curtis, of Schuylerville.
The funeral will be held Wednesday morning at 10:30 o'clock from the Free Methodist church. Burial will be made at Schuylerville.
