Sr. Kenneth Devlin OSF, 102, (Frances) died August 2 at Holy Family Convent, Manitowoc. Sr. Kenneth served as an elementary and /or high school teacher in Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, Nebraska and Illinois. In the Diocese of Green Bay, she served at St. Joseph, St. Boniface and Holy Family Academy, Manitowoc; St. Francis, Hollandtown and Xavier High School, Appleton. She retired to St. Rita Heath Center at the Motherhouse in 1998. She is survived by the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity; a sister-in-law, Frances Devlin, Centerville, Ohio; nephews other relatives and friends. The Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated by Fr. Samuel D. Jadin O.Praem, on Aug. 7, at Holy Family Convent Chapel, followed by burial in Holy Family Convent Cemetery.

Sister Kenneth Devlin, age 102, a member of the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity, died Wednesday morning, Aug. 2, 2006, at Holy Family Convent, Manitowoc.
The former Frances Devlin was born Nov. 26, 1903, in Corning, Ohio, daughter of the late Edward and Mary (Newman) Devlin. She entered the Convent in 1923 and professed her vows in 1926. Sister Kenneth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio University, Athens, and a Master of Science degree from Creighton University, Omaha, Neb. Sister Kenneth served as an elementary and/or high school teacher at St. Joseph and St. Boniface, Manitowoc, Holy Family Academy, Manitowoc, St. Francis, Hollandtown, Xavier High School, Appleton, all of Wisconsin; St. Agnes, Mingo Junction, St. Benedict, Cambridge, St. Nicholas an Rosecrans, Zanesville, St. Mary, Delaware, all of Ohio; St. Ambrose, Ironwood, Holy Name, Escanaba, both of Michigan; Guardian Angels, West Point, Holy Family, Lindsay, both of Nebraska; and St. Willibrord, Chicago. She retired to St. Rita Health Center at the Motherhouse in November of 1997. Sister Kenneth was a member of the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity.
Survivors include the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity; and a sister-in-law: Frances Devlin, Centerville, Ohio. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 7, 2006, at Holy Family Convent Chapel, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Samuel D. Jadin, O.Praem, with burial at Holy Family Convent Cemetery, Manitowoc.
The family will greet relatives and friends at Holy Family Convent, Manitowoc, from 4 to 8 .m. Sunday, Aug. 6, 2006, where a prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. at Holy Family Convent Chapel, Manitowoc.
The Pfeffer Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
