Christine Virginia Mullins, 75, of Wise, died Sunday, April 6, 1997 at Wise Appalachian Hospital in Wise, VA.
Mrs. Mullins was born in Virginia and lived most of her life there. She was a homemaker and a member of the Fairview Old Regular Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents John B. and Cora Short Mullins; her husband Ivory Mullins in 1992; five sisters Estelle Edwards, Thurline Nowlin, Leona Meade, Lora Boggs and Dixie Keith; four brothers Rufus Mullins, Otis Mullins, Edgar Mullins and Jason Mullins; 3 grandchildren.
Survivors include 3 daughters Edna Mae Blankenship, Rita Brookman and Bonnie Snyder; 6 sons Roy, James, Johnny, Robert, Glen and Gerald Mullins; sister Bessie Mullins; 23 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and friends.
