Kelly Stephen Colvin, 50, of Pocatello, Idaho, passed away October 12, 2009, of injuries from an automobile accident.

Kelly was born January 26, 1959, in Ogden, Utah, to Frank and Myra Colvin. He graduated Ben Lomond High in 1977.

He married DeeDee Kelly on October 20, 1988, in Ogden, Utah.

He served proudly in the Air Force from 1977 to 1987, when he was honorably discharged.

He was employed by Advanced Millwork Installations out of Lehi, Utah.

He loved his family, hunting and camping with his wife and kids, and loved to come home to spend time with his family and play with his dogs. Kelly loved to joke around and make people smile. He was always willing to help anyone in need, friend or stranger.

He was a devoted husband, father, son, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
He is survived by his wife, DeeDee, of 20 years; sons, Jeremy (Joanna) Colvin, Utah, Shawn R. Colvin, Pocatello; daughters, Jessica (Robert) Bennigton, Utah, Melissa (Kodee) Rich, Utah, Autumn B. Colvin, Pocatello; brothers, Thayne (Vicki) Colvin, Nevada, Curtis Colvin, Idaho, Tony (Kelly) Colvin, Utah; sisters, Patsue (Dale) Olsen, Idaho, and Candy Salas, Utah; grandchildren, Lexi, Chet, Capri, Cooper, Austin, Daisy, Kolton and another baby girl due in November.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Mike.
