NORTHAMPTON - Mrs. Ella T. (O'Donnell) Griffin of 154 Crescent St died Saturday in Cooley Dickinson Hospital. She was the widow of John J. Griffin. Born in Washington, D.C., daughter of the late Hampshire County Dist. Atty. George O and Ella (Larkin) O'Donnell, Jan 10, 1902, and lived here all her life. She attended local school and graduated from Mary A. Burnham School for Girls. She leaves a son, John J of West Springfield; a daughter, Miss Mary E. Griffin, at home; two brothers, George P. of New York City, and William of Hatfield; three sisters, Miss Mirge O'Donnell of New York City, Mrs. Genevieve Bentley of Westchester, Pa., and Miss Kathleen O'Donnell of Washington, and three grandchildren. The funeral Tuesday at 8:15 at John F. O'Connell funeral home with a requiem high mass in St. Mary's Church at 9. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
