She was the founder and C.E.O. of Background Entertainment, a full service entertainment company specializing in tour management. She traveled extensively throughout the U.S. as tour manager and producer of many plays. At the time of her demise she was, also employed at Center Point Energy.
She was preceded in death by her father and grandfather.
