Mrs. Heather Corlene Waters Dyer age 35 of Appalachian Hills Blairsville passed away on Friday September 28, 2012 in the Emory Hospital following an extended illness. Mrs. Dyer was born on Nov. 2, 1976 in Augusta, GA., the daughter of Jim Waters and Janie Jenkins Waters. Heather had been employed with the Union County Nursing Home as a Certified Nurses Assistant before her becoming ill and had been previously employed with Regency Hospice. She touched the lives of many people and was a loving and caring person who cared for many. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, daughter in law and aunt. Heather was a member of New Union Baptist Church.
