Randy Eugene Elkins, 51, of Baytown, TX, passed away on Sept. 27, 2012.
He is survived by his daughter and the love of his life, Randi Jean Elkins; parents, Charles and Shirley Elkins, of Porter, TX; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Robert Van Natta of Baytown and a great number of family and friends.
Randy worked as a welder for J.E. Merit and Jacobs Field Services for 23 years. When he wasn't working, he enjoyed spending time with his daughter and rooting for his favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys. Randy had a kind and generous heart, as was evident by his dedication to blood donation over the last 20 years. He was much loved and will be greatly missed.
The family will receive friends on Monday, Oct. 1, 2012, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at Earthman Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be Monday, Oct. 1, 2012, at 12:00 p.m., in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be at 3:00 p.m. at Damascus Cemetery, in Corrigan, TX.
In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to American Cancer Society or Houston Hospice.
