A cemetery listing uses "Leota J" for something of a nickname or alternative name that might have been found in other Ankrom family materials. The inscription, however, is clearly "Leote J Ankrom".
Aged: 2y. The Jan. 1873 DOB is a rough estimate only.

Note: the headstone was long broken from the base and the inscription side down on the ground. It was turned over for the purpose of taking two photographs of the inscription, then was turned back to the inscription side down to preserve it from the elements and weathering.
Update: a return visit to the cemetery by this contributor on August 20, 2018 found that the headstone for Leote J Ankrom has been repaired and mounted upright by someone. A new photo taken on this date and added to this memorial.
