Jeri, our loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away Jan. 18, 2004 at her home in Nevada unexpectedly.

She was born Nov. 27, 1934 in Montpelier, Idaho to Winifred P. Terpinning and Harvey J. Peterson.

She is survived by her husband, Evan Chaffin, Nevada; son, Brad Hendrickson, Salt Lake City; son, Chad Hendrickson (Kim), Draper; son Joed Hendrickson (Ruth), West Jordan; twin brother, Gerald Peterson (Christa), Holladay; sister, Beverly Hartwell, Draper; brother Douglas Peterson, Washington; 12 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter Danielle.

She held many different positions, but enjoyed her work at the Salt Lake Community College the most. She was an avid animal lover, especially cats. She was a warm, loving person and will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her - especially her family.

Funeral services will be held Sat., Jan. 31 at 12 noon in the LDS Ward Chapel, 7116 S. 3200 W. where friends and family may call one hour prior to service. Interment Redwood Memorial.
