The will of H. A. Williams, who died here March 5, was filed for probate Thursday on the petition of R. L. Williams, William J. Williams, Gib C. Reid and Mrs. Jane Williams, the widow.

It listed an estate in excess of $2,500. The will, a joint instrument, left all the property to the widow.

Other persons were listed to become beneficiaries after the death of Mrs. Williams.

The other petitioners besdies the widow were named independent executors.

One of the largest bequests in the joint was to provide eventually $10,000 for the Methodist Orphans Home in Waco. A codicil filed with the will, however, changed that bequest and instead will leave property at 2265 Llipscomb Street to the Waco home after the death of Mrs. Williams.
